Established in memory of J.S. Flake, a former board member and an outstanding volunteer of the Bell Arthur Water Corporation.
Awarded to a graduate of a Pitt County High School whose parent(s) are customers of the Bell Arthur Water Corporation
This scholarship may be awarded for a second year of study.
Must have a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher.
