All applicants must complete the FAFSA applications with the PCC Financial Aid Office before being considered for a scholarship
Recipients must demonstrate a financial need.
Must have a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher.
May be full-time or part-time students.
Applicants may also be recommended by faculty and staff.
