John Payne - Pitt County Electrical Contractors Endowed Scholarship

Established by the members of the Pitt County Electrical Contractors Association in honor of John Payne.
Awarded to students in the Electrical Systems Technology Program who have demonstrated high academics and excellent practical skills.
Recipients must be preparing for a career in the electrical field and must be recommended by instructors.
