Dr. Robert Shaw Respiratory Therapy Scholarship
Dr. Robert Shaw was the Medical Director for the Respiratory Therapy program at Pitt Community College for over 30 years. He is well-respected in the local community, as well as nationally. In honor of his service and dedication to students in pursuit of a Respiratory Therapy degree, the faculty of the Respiratory Therapy program established a scholarship. Applicants must:
1. Be enrolled and in good standing as a 2nd year Respiratory Therapy student
2. Demonstrate academic success and/or financial need.
3. Must be in the top third of the class for academic standing.
4. Must have a program GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of application.
