Vernon E. White Endowed Scholarship

Established in honor of former Senator Vernon E. White who served for many years as a member of the PCC Board of Trustees.
Recipients will be selected on the basis of academic achievement, pursuing a vocational/technical career and a demonstrated financial need.
Recipients must be Pitt County residents.
Must have a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher.
